If you work with Time Matters , Steve is the resource that you must have. I have worked with him when he was still with Lexis Nexis and I continue to work with him at DataEquity. Sharpshooter has been an essential diagnostic tool which has helped me to more efficiently and thoroughly service my Time Matter’s clients. The streamlined nature of the product makes it very user friendly but it is nice to know that Steve is available with his expertise should it be needed. He is one of a select group of people that have extensive knowledge not only in Time Matters but also the IT side of the equation.

Steve joined the Time Matters development team in 1999, and was the developer primarily responsible for the development of the Enterprise version. For many years, Kevin and Steve, along with Mark McCray, were THE developers for Time Matters. In his last few years with LexisNexis, Steve's role switched to being the Team Leader charged with managing over 20 employees on the Time Matters development team.
When I was on staff, Steve and I became good friends. We worked together on the development of many new features in the program. While he obviously has strong technical skills, the thing that made working with Steve so enjoyable was that he doesn't speak "techno-geek" ... you can actually talk with him about client problems and needs and he understands the practical aspects of the issues.
Obviously, when it comes to Time Matters technical knowledge, no one knows it any better than Steve does. I can't see any reason why a CIC would hire any programmer other than Steve to help you with your Time Matters custom programming needs.
